Kyle has been involved in youth ministry for the past 18 years and has been on staff at Fairfax Community Church outside Washington, D.C. since 1992. Kyle believes that students can lead now and he is passionate about seeing them reach their friends with the love of Christ. Kyle and his wife, Loretta, were married in 1991 and have two children, Carson and Bennett. When not haning out with students, Kyle can be found on his boat (mainly in the summertime). Michael Thigpen earned his Bachelor of Science degree in organizational leadership from Anderson University in Anderson, Ind., and currently serves as youth pastor at Celebration Church in Columbia, Md. Michael is married to Melanie and they have four daughters: Brittany, Shekinah, Gianna and Destinee. Michael enjoys eating, traveling and mentoring teenagers in their faith journeys. | |

Rob Ringwald is a youth pastor at Cross Point Church of God in Beckley, West Va. He is married to his lovely wife Katie and they have two awesome little girls, Caroline and Maggie.
