Michael Thigpen is the lead pastor at Celebration Church in Anderson, Indiana. He is currently the president of the National Inspirational Youth Convention (NIYC) and is an active member of the Youth Network Team. 

Marsha has been in youth ministry since 1998. She, along with her husband, currently serves her local and state youth ministries from her home base in Anderson, Indiana. She has a true passion for teenagers. Marsha's greatest joy in ministry is seeing students living a life of freedom in Christ. 

Dr. Rhonda has been traveling and preaching the gospel since 1982. She has a passion for making a difference in the lives of people by embracing God's agape love. Dr. Rhonda stays busy as an author, home school physical education instructor, and musician, spreading the love of God to all who will receive it. One of her greatest accomplishments is that she has completed her God Bless America Tour to all fifty states while playing her saxophone. Dr. Rhonda lives in Pleasanton, California where she is the youth leader at Abundant Life Christian Fellowship. 

Joshua Weiger has served at Park Place church since August of 2008. He and his beautiful wife Audrey find it a joy to live, work, play, serve, worship, and learn all in the community immediately surrounding Park Place. The thing Joshua is really passionate about is loving God by serving people. Serving Christ is one of the important aspects of the mission statement at Park Place. We have to think creatively about how Christians are to "Love Our Neighbor As Ourselves." Every day opportunities to lend a helping hand, provide a listening ear, show grace to our coworkers, share a meal, give a hug, whisper a word of encouragement, forgive, pay a bill of someone in need, or simply be a calming presence are available. Joshua hopes to simply show the love of God to all people in any way he can. 

Mark Shaner has served in student ministry for more than twenty years. He has a heart to serve, care, and share Christ with all people but specifically with this generation. Currently, he serves as pastor of students, young adults, and missions at East Side Church of God in Anderson, Indiana. He has been married to his wife, Vickie, for more than 25 years and they have four children.
